Abstract

Psychological aspects are gaining popularity in universities as students experiencing various kinds of pressure. One psychological factor that is critical to improving mental state is resilience. This study explores research related to resilience from 2015-2025. This study employs bibliometric analysis using R software (Bibliometrix) and VOSviewer, based on data from the Scopus database, to explore publication trends, author collaborations, dominant keywords, and emerging research themes. The results reveal that resilience is a growing topic. The research is dominated by the United States and China, and leading institutions like XuZhou Medical University. Key researchers, such as Cassidy, S., contributed to establishing the theoretical framework of resilience. Furthermore, themes such as education and medicine have emerged as promising directions for future inquiry. This study offers a broad and integrated understanding of current trends and focal points in resilience research, while also design more effective intervention strategies.
